Our Background
Our background is from the design and delivery area of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT); however we find the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) suited to wider industry, this includes our clients in the defence sector.
We have used an iterative SAT model within several projects, including training for engineers responsible for maintaining nuclear licenced rail infrastructure and rolling stock, in support of submarine refuelling operations.
Preparation
It is difficult to prepare for all eventualities. By utilising an intelligent approach which incorporates multiple learning theories, will enhance operational capability and encourage long term organisational sustainability.
