The Founder
His extensive experience has been developed over a full military career both at sea and ashore.
His very strong organisational skills facilitated operational and strategic deliverable’s within several high-profile geopolitical and national events.
As the Chief Instructor at a key node of the Royal Navy’s Maritime Warfare School, he applied his significant expertise in developing training programs to meet organisational priorities. He also consulted on Ships Protection and Naval Military tasking.
After successfully transitioning from the military he has been involved in numerous projects including several complex training products for the Defence Nuclear arena and Military Transition activity in the Middle East.
His key developmental stage was his participation in what was the toughest team sport in the world, the Royal Navy Inter Command Field Gun Competition. These military athletes embodied and maintained the ethos of the Royal Navy. His work ethic, drive and adaptability are a direct result of this experience.
He now uses his skills to provide services and innovative solutions to organisations to help them to “Achieve Excellence”.
